Do I need to renew my hynt card?
No, you don't need to reapply if the date on your card has passed. You are still a member and your card will not run out. Your original hynt card still works.
We are extending the validity of all hynt cards. We have told all hynt venues to ignore the expiry date. Anyone who joins from now on has a "valid from" date rather than "expires" on their card.
We have issued far more cards than initially predicted, which is great but does mean that replacing them all would have a huge cost. We believe that money is better spent on more venue staff accessibility training and developing our box office systems to enable online booking.
